Wild Things Native Gardens has been operating successfully as the pre-eminent Bush Regeneration company in the Hastings region for 10 years. Owners Kelly Benson and Jim McGahey have between them over 35 years of experience in the environmental sector.
Kelly Benson holds a Diploma in Conservation Land Management and is an experienced Natural Area Restoration teacher. She has over 15 years experience in Bush Regeneration. Working with both the private and public sectors, Kelly has in-depth knowledge of Vegetation Management Plans specific to the Hastings region. She can advise on project management and oversee large-scale projects.
Jim McGahey has over 20 years experience in broad-scale environmental remediation projects. He is a specialist in board-walk construction, bushland track building and creek line reconstruction. Jim has significant experience in supervising teams working in Asset Protection Zones and all other aspects of on-ground works.
Our staff consists of:
10-12 dedicated Bush Regenerators, including site supervisors, with relevant qualifications and Chem-cert certification.
